Coach, currently resides in West Bend, WI.
Julianne began her journey in health

wellness. As Julianne began to explore yoga and the health benefits for
herself, she discovered a new opportunity to build upon her nursing background.
After a few years of practicing yoga and experiencing the transformation that
takes place with consistent practice, she completed her 300-hour teacher
training in 2010 with Theresa Murphy at One Tree Yoga, in Omaha, NE, and with
Tias Little through Prajna Yoga School. With a lifelong appetite for learning, she
continued to seek more study and in 2011 completed her Health & Wellness
Coach training. Combining her passion
and deep appreciation of yoga with her coaching skills allows her to uniquely connect
with groups and individuals to support a whole, balanced and healthy lifestyle.
She believes from personal experience that “small changes done consistently over
time create enormous results.” In her yoga classes, Julianne builds
commUNITY and connects with people to inspire growth, playfulness, healing and
balance, of body, mind and spirit. She enjoys working with groups, individuals, and
athletes, offering individually-designed yoga classes to meet her student’s
needs. With a joy-filled heart, Julianne

Stacy
Scherzer, PT is a physical therapist, with a degree
from Marquette University. She worked most of her career at the VA Medical
Center gaining a wide range of experience. After taking a break to raise
four children, she discovered the work of biomechanist Katy Bowman, author
of the best-selling book “Move Your DNA”. She began studying Bowman’s Whole
Body Alignment online training program in early 2012 as a way to address
some of her own chronic health concerns. She traveled to California in
January 2013 for further training and became certified as a Restorative
Exercise Specialist™ (now known as Nutritious Movement™). She is also
certified as a TRE or Trauma/Tension Release Exercises practitioner. Stacy
thinks of herself as a guide or facilitator— more of a teacher than a
healer. She works with clients on their muscle imbalances, alignment,
restoring natural movement patterns and releasing long-held tension in the
body. Much time is spent addressing and stripping away old habits and then
learning new motor programs to restore balance in the body. Stacy believes
in changing our focus and lifestyles away from the current paradigm of mostly
sedentary behavior with short intense bouts of exercise. Instead, frequent
lower intensity bouts of “movement nutrition” all day long can help optimize
cellular health throughout the body. Stacy teaches classes in the West Bend
area and offers private sessions in her home studio. To learn more about
Stacy's work and the classes she offers, visit www.movewise.info

Vicki Gierach Art is
a language, and everyone translates it in their own way. It can evoke a
memory, instill a feeling, make us think, and/or ponder in viewing our raw
emotion through art itself. Art has helped me heal through bouts of
emotional lows, keeping the energy moving through me instead of becoming
stagnant. Much of my work is a reflection of my emotions. I
have taken art classes throughout my lifetime, and for the most part, consider
myself self-taught. In my early years, I attempted perfection in every
stroke. As the years have unfolded, I found that there is no
“soul” in perfection. Through time and wisdom gained, I have learned to create
each piece with complete surrender, while listening intently and patiently to
the directions of my guided conscience. Contact me for a commissioned
piece for yourself or a gift to a loved one. Like and follow me on Face
Book and stay up to date on new paintings, art classes or shows. In
